Privacy Policy

Erick Blömer is a music, events, booking, and fan-request app. The app shows public artist content, lets fans open event, music, and social links, and lets fans send optional booking or song request messages.

The app may collect basic product interaction analytics, such as which app section or public content item was opened. These events use a random anonymous install identifier, app version, locale, and short non-sensitive properties such as event or track slugs.

If you send a booking inquiry, we may collect the information you enter, including event type, event date, city/country, optional venue, optional budget, optional attendance, optional phone or WhatsApp contact, and your message.

If you send a song or edit request, we may collect the song or artist, optional vibe/note, optional requester name, app version, and locale.

If you choose to enable notifications, we may collect an APNs device token, notification topics, app version, device model, and locale so we can send the notification categories you selected.

The app may collect operational error reports for failed content refreshes, request submissions, private audio playback setup, push registration, and calendar actions. These reports include short technical error details and non-sensitive context.

The app and admin workflow use Supabase for content, private inboxes, analytics, diagnostics, storage, authentication, and push-token storage. Vercel hosts the private admin dashboard.

WhatsApp receives message content only when you choose to continue with a WhatsApp handoff. External links may open Apple services, SoundCloud, YouTube, Instagram, Spotify, maps, calendars, browsers, or other apps. Those services may process information under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell personal information. Booking and song request information is used to respond to your inquiry or request.

• You can use the app without sending booking or song request forms.
• Optional fields can be left blank.
• You can deny or disable push notifications in iOS Settings.
• You can avoid opening external links if you do not want to use third-party platforms.
